Position: Chartered Accountant – Fresh Graduate
Job Description: Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, to finalization of books of accounts, mange day to day financial operations and report to Finance in charge.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
- To Verify, allocate, post and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
- To prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule and per other department requirements.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance in filing of VAT.
- Prepare & submit monthly MIS reports related to Accounts Dept.
- Ensure Payment certification is as per Finance / Procurement Policy and all necessary documents are in place before certifications.
- Booking monthly bills, voucher matching of invoices and timely closing of monthly accounts and submit MIS reports to head of department.
- Preparation and Monitoring of Payables / Receivables.
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process based on monthly spending trends.
- Assist with tax audits and filing of tax-VAT returns.
- Handling of financial / petty cash needs of user departments and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Qualification: Professional qualifications in accounting (CPA/CA) and finance – Mandatory Requirement
Experience Level: 1-2 years of UAE experience
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi.
