Position: HR & Payroll Executive

Job Description: Manage all Human Resource initiatives which include payroll administration, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters, reports, attendance, leaves, claims etc.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To Manage all Human Resource initiatives which include payroll administration, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters, reports, attendance, leaves, claims etc.
  • Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
  • Handle health and safety processes and queries as per ISO polices in coordination with Safety Officer.
  • Administration of complete visa process such as typing of new visa documents for processing, New-work permits / renewals, residence card, Emirates ID etc. 
  • Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business Management or MBA – HR Mandatory Requirement

Experience Level: 2-3 years of UAE experience 

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi.
